In the project “Improvement of Professional Competence of Employed Persons”, every employee will be able to study with EU and state funds twice, if the studies have not been terminated. It will be possible to re-apply and participate in the training no earlier than six months after the date of termination of participation. The planned implementation period of the project is until December 31, 2023.
Application conditions:
Working and self-employed residents can apply for training (employed and self-employed residents within the meaning of the Law “On State Social Insurance”):
- from the age of 25 to an unlimited age – also working pensioners;
- with incomplete or completed education, including primary, general secondary, vocational or higher education;
- young parents on parental leave and in formal employment.
Priority support for workers at social risk, including:
- for employees over the age of 45 with a low or insufficient level of education for the labor market (completed or incomplete primary education or general secondary education);
- for employees over the age of 50, which 7.3.2. have received a recommendation for the acquisition of a continuing vocational education, professional development or non-formal education program within the framework of the project “Support for Longer Working Life” of the specific support objective “Prolong the retention and employment of older employees”;
- refugees and persons with alternative status.
