ERASMUS + project “Magnetic Professional Mobility”

Until March 2023, SIA “Magnetic Professional” training center MP (hereinafter – MP) will implement the ERASMUS + project The ERASMUS + mobility project has two main objectives:

  • Teacher mobility – within which teachers will teach classes at co-operation institutions.
  • Mobility of administrative staff (shading).

The methodology for organizing the administrative work of the MP will be improved. The visits will provide an opportunity to exchange experiences as well as gain new insights, with a particular focus on issues such as the latest trends in the sector and in adult learning, digitalisation, sustainable development and green growth.

Visits are also needed to gain experience in the field of adult education administration, focusing in particular on the involvement of different segments (such as people with disabilities) in adult education processes, and the provision of learning for people of different nationalities and countries.

Partners from Finland, Italy, Greece, Slovenia, Cyprus with experience and knowledge in specific fields have been selected for the project. At the end of the project, a seminar is planned, where the findings of mobility will be presented.
