Anda has experience with the implementation of ITIL best practice since 2005 and several ITIL certificates starting from ITIL version 2 (including ITIL Expert certificate in ITIL v3). The last ITIL certificate obtained is in the ITIL Specialist Extension module – Acquiring & Managing Cloud Services. The specific certification is available only from the beginning of December 2021, Anda was in a pilot group with other trainers from all over the world.
Gatis Graubiņš
Certified ITIL Managing Professional, TOGAF Certified Practitioner, trainer with experience in software development and enterprise architecture. Gatis is an Enterprise Architect with experience in implementing the architectural practice in an international company. Gatis also has an ITIL Expert certificate in ITIL v3 and experience in the implementation, optimization and application of various IT processes. In addition, he has more than 20 years of work experience working as an IT department manager, project manager, project portfolio manager and architect in various fields
